District Manager of the Quarter Awards are presented to the outstanding District Managers of the quarter for a region for a specific fiscal quarter.

Eligibility

All Starbucks District Managers are eligible to receive a District Manager of the Quarter Award.

Nomination Process

Regional directors should present their District Manager of the Quarter Nominees to their regional vice president.

Selection Process

District Manager of the Quarter Award recipients are selected by the regional vice president, regional directors, and partner resources.

Award

Recipients of the District Manager of the Quarter award receive the following:

• Engraved District Manager of the Quarter Desk Award with the Manager's Name. 
• $150 (USD) in WOWPoints on the Starbucks Perks at Work Website.
